Evoko Liso also comes equipped with the Evoko Home software application that allows the Evoko Liso to sync information with digital calendars such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other compatible software suites. Additionally, the Evoko Home application supports various features such as Evoko Overview, the ‘Get a Room’ app, and Evoko Booking. Evoko Liso is available for a one-time cost, giving organisations a lifetime of product support and free updates for the solution.
Evoko Naso is a purpose-built, cloud-based room manager that takes the room booking experience to a new level of simplicity and covers everything organisations need from basic room bookings to a more extensive range of functions.
It is supported by a cloud software platform hosted by Evoko and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, covering everything from room bookings to an extensive range of functions. Users can even report broken or missing meeting equipment directly on the screen.
There are three software packages available that provide advanced capabilities for facilities management: Room Services, Desk Booking and Management, and Visitor Management. These packages come with various features such as room locating, interactive/dynamic maps, desk check-in and check-out, mobile app support, and an iPad app for visitor check-in at the front desk.
